Please take note that NWR Airport has several permanent Notices to Airmen regarding special flight operations and airport markings. Pilots landing at 52F should be familiar with the policies and procedures for the airport.
- Pilots are requested to call the airport manager's office (817-430-1905) 30 minutes prior to arrival for field conditions.
- Due to runway width and heavy traffic, pilots are advised to contact airport prior to landing.
- The following operations are prohibited:
- Ultralights
- Powered Parachuts
- Sailplanes
- Gliders
- Auto-Gyros
- Skydiving
- AG-Operations
- Balloons
- Airships
- Non-Certified Aircraft
- Runway 17, numbers are shorter and narrower than standard. Displaced threshold bar only 1ft wide. Displaced threshold markings are in yellow.
- Runway 35, numbers are shorter and narrower than standard. Displaced threshold bar only 1ft wide. Displaced threshold markings are in yellow without arrows.
- Landing Fee for non-based aircraft.
- Non-based flight school aircraft must obtain written prior permission.
Due to heavy local traffic, announce position at least 5NM from airfield and follow standard traffic flow. Use vigilance in the pattern as various aircraft types are operated, including those without radios.
